Recording Interventions

You can also use the Referral module to log information about the resulting intervention. Interventions will appear in the Patient Detail report:

They also show up on the referrals list:

To record an intervention, select the related referral from the referral list.  For more information, see Reviewing and Reprinting Referrals.

When you scroll to the bottom of the referral, you will see a section called "Related Intervention."  Click the link to begin.

The Intervention Information form allows you to log basic information about the intervention.

Click "Save Intervention" to return to the referral form, then "return to referrals" to return to the list.
