Reviewing and Reprinting Referrals

You may want to display an existing referral in order to reprint it, or to log information about a follow-up intervention.  To display a list of referrals created for your patients, click on PATIENT DATA in the menu bar; then click on the Referrals tab.

The Referrals list shows all the referrals created for patients, from latest to earliest.  From this list, you can view the referral by clicking on its date, or view the Patient Detail page for the patient by clicking on the patient name.

Once you have accessed the referral, you can reprint it or add information about a follow-up intervention.  To return to the referrals list, click "return to referrals."
