Printing the form

Click on the print button

You may see this message:

The printable version of the referral for appears.  Page one is the form you filled in.

Page two is the most recent Patient Detail report for the patient.  Notice that the referral is listed in the table on the right side of the report.

To print the form, click on at the top of the first page.
